NOTICE ON 2012/2013 ACCOMMODATION EXERCISE

Members of staff and students of the University are advised to desist from inundating the Students’ Affairs Division with accommodation and change of allocation request letters as the hostel allocation process is TOTALLY COMPUTERIZED.
These requests defeat the whole purpose of computerization and are therefore retrogressive.
Provisions have already been made for all categories of students within the limits of available bed-spaces. Members of staff should encourage students to follow allocation process and instructions rather than put pressure on the Division to truncate the process for selfish interests.
The cooperation of all and sundry is hereby solicited for a hitch-free accommodation exercise. |
